This policy protects other customers, our network and the wider internet. Breaching it can lead to suspension or termination.

Not allowed

• Phishing, malware, or sites imitating a bank, e-wallet, marketplace or any other brand.
• Spam, including bulk email to people who did not ask for it, and sending beyond your account's hourly email limit.
• Unlawful content or activity, including copyright infringement.
• Attacking or scanning other systems, and activity that degrades shared servers (such as crypto mining).

Enforcement

For phishing and malware we may suspend immediately. For other breaches we warn first where we can.
