1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any GoCelerus service (including our website at gocelerus.com, hosting plans, VPS, dedicated servers, and software licenses), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use our services. These Terms apply globally and supersede any prior agreements.

2. Services

GoCelerus provides web hosting infrastructure including, but not limited to:

  • Shared / cPanel Hosting (Shared IP & Dedicated IP plans)
  • Virtual Private Servers (VPS) with NVMe SSD storage
  • Dedicated Servers (bare-metal)
  • Software licenses (cPanel, Imunify360, Imunify AV)
  • Add-on tools (Lucky Spin, Spin Wheel, SEO Rollback)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration & Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to register an account.
  • You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to use GoCelerus services for any of the following:

  • Hosting, distributing, or transmitting illegal content under any applicable law.
  • Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or operating open mail relays.
  • Conducting Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks or any network abuse.
  • Mining cryptocurrency without prior written approval.
  • Hosting phishing pages, malware, ransomware, or any malicious code.
  • Violating the intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • Reselling services without authorization from GoCelerus.

Violation of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

5. Payment & Billing

  • All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.
  • Services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle.
  • Accepted payment methods: USDT (TRC20 / ERC20) and QRIS (Indonesia).
  • Invoices are issued automatically. Payment is due on the renewal date.
  • Services not paid within 3 days of the due date may be suspended.
  • Services unpaid for 14 days after the due date may be permanently terminated and data deleted.
  • GoCelerus reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Refund Policy

GoCelerus offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on new shared hosting and VPS orders. The following conditions apply:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase.
  • Refunds apply to the first-time purchase of shared hosting and VPS plans only.
  • Domain registrations, dedicated servers, software licenses, and add-on tools are non-refundable.
  • Renewals are non-refundable.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to AUP violations are not eligible for refunds.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method where technically possible.

7. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

GoCelerus commits to the following uptime targets:

  • Shared Hosting: 99.9% monthly uptime
  • VPS Servers: 99.9% monthly uptime
  • Dedicated Servers: 99.9% monthly uptime

Uptime is calculated excluding scheduled maintenance (announced with ≥ 24 hours notice) and events beyond our control (force majeure). Service credits for downtime below SLA thresholds are issued as account credit upon written request, not as cash refunds.

8. Suspension & Termination

  • GoCelerus may suspend services immediately for AUP violations, non-payment, or security threats.
  • You may cancel your account at any time from your control panel or by contacting support.
  • Upon termination, your data will be retained for 7 days before permanent deletion.
  • GoCelerus is not liable for data loss resulting from account termination.
  • We recommend maintaining your own backups at all times regardless of any backup service we provide.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the GoCelerus platform are the property of GoCelerus or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. Your data and content remain your property; by hosting with us you grant us a limited license to store and serve your content as necessary to deliver the services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GoCelerus and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
  • Damages arising from unauthorized access, data breaches, or service outages outside our control.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to GoCelerus in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GoCelerus, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by international commercial law principles. For disputes, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. These Terms do not limit any consumer rights you may have under your local law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
