1. The service

We provide cPanel web hosting on the plan you choose. Each plan's quotas, features and price are listed on the pricing page or in a written quote from us.

2. Your account

• The details you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done through your account.
• You are responsible for the content, email and applications you run on the service.

3. Payment and renewal

• Services are paid in advance for the period you choose. Renewal is at the same price you signed up at.
• If a renewal is unpaid, there is a 7-day grace period before the service is suspended.
• After suspension, data is kept for 30 days and may then be permanently deleted.
• Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.

4. Suspension and termination

We may suspend a service without notice where a breach of the Acceptable Use Policy puts other customers, the network or third parties at risk (for example phishing or malware). For other breaches we will tell you first where we can. You may cancel at any time.

5. Backups

We take daily backups, but you remain responsible for keeping your own copies of important data.
